       Working on the Changemakers project was a positive experience for me. At the beginning, I felt a little nervous because group projects require communication, organization, and cooperation. However, as we worked together, I became more comfortable and confident.


       My group worked well as a team by dividing the responsibilities and supporting each other throughout the project. Each member was responsible for researching and presenting a different changemaker, which helped us stay organized and ensured that everyone contributed equally. We communicated regularly, shared ideas, and helped each other when needed.


       My role was to research and present information about Thomas Jefferson. I learned a lot about his contributions and how his actions influenced American history. Preparing my section helped me improve my research, presentation, and communication skills.


      Overall, I feel proud of the work our group accomplished. This project taught me the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and respecting different perspectives. It was a valuable learning experience, and I enjoyed working with my classmates to create a successful presentation.

 When I originally learned that our chapter would be about intercultural communication, I have to admit that I wasn't expecting too much. I assumed it would be boring or simply "common knowledge" that dealt with individuals speaking to each other across national borders.  Dyland Rodriguez     Recently, we saw two presentations that focused on communication in groups and the role of leadership in problem solving. Both presentations were very related and explained how important teamwork and communication are in everyday life, especially in school, work, and relationships with other people. I enjoyed both of them because they were informative and easy to relate to.     The first group talked about communication in different kinds of groups. One thing that stood out to me was how communication can affect both the success or failure of a team. I learned that when people communicate clearly and respectfully, the group works better together and avoids misunderstandings.  One concept from the presentation that I found very relevant was mediated communication in virtual groups. For this assignment, I was in group one in our group presented chapter 3 about culture and communication. Overall, I think the three groups did a great job with your presentation since this was our first presentation in our first assignment for this class. Everyone clearly put effort into preparing and researching and speaking in front of the class. Presenting can be stressful and uncomfortable for many people, but I think everyone in the groups handle this assignment very well and showed confidence while presenting.  My group worked very hard throughout the entire process.
